Awards...Tags and Advertising for Patchwork...

Headache again...
And just today...when I was to be at my best... sigh!!!
Btw....Does anyone want to change head with me...???

Anyway...today I have been sitting in a Mall in Piteå and made advertising for patchwork...
I´m a patchwork teacher at an adult educational association ... and classes are to be held this Autumn and Winter... and a little advertisment is not too bad... :)
So this is me in my little corner...
...and some of my projects... I had a little handsewing with me...but not so much sewing... just some quilting...my head was not with me at all... but I hope I spread some sunshine anyway...
...at least they could see some quilts...and ask questions... :)
after that I went home...for a nice cup of tea and some rest...
So now it´s a little better...

Have a very guilty conscience ... for not announcing my Awards that my lovely bloggingfriends have been giving me...so I guess it´s about time...

My first Award I got from Peg...

The rules of the Wylde Woman Award are:

1. You can give it to one or one hundred or any number in between - it's up to you. Make sure you link to their site in your post.
2. Link back to this blog site http://www.tammyvitale.com/ so Tammy can go visit all these wonderful women.

Purpose of the Award:

"To send love and acknowledgment to women who brighten your day, teach you new things and live their lives fully with generosity and joy..."

So guess if I felt happy to recive that one... :)
Thanks so much Peg for thinking of me...

The second one I got from Carol...
The Rules are...

1. The winner can put the logo on their blog.

2. Link the person you received your award from.

3. Nominate at least 7 other blogs.

4. Put links of those you nominate on your blog.

5. Leave a message on the blogs of the people you've nominated.

Another happy moment... Thanks so much Carol for this Award...

And just the other day I got this from Julz...
...and hmmm... 7 things about myself... lazy as I am today and with a splitting headache I take the easy way out and share the same old weird facts as the last time...
...Here they go...

*I have a lot of Norweigan Viking blood in my veins...for example from "Olav den helige" and Harald Hårdråde!!

*My ancestors ruled and were Kings on the Isle of Mann and the Isles.... quite famous ones from the 11 th century... maybe thats why I fell in love with a special quilting technique from Isle of Man...;)

*I can bend just the tips of my fingers...*LOL* quite disgusting...just like claws...

*I got curly hair when I got my son!! It was straight as a pin before...

*I´m no much of a cook...I´m too lazy...It has to go fast...I rather sew!!! But you who have read my blog for some time now ... you have understood this haven´t you... ;)

* I do love chocolate...in all sorts....Mmmmm!!

*Allergic to most fruits, almonds, nuts, pollen from birches and timothy grass and cats...and this IS NOT fun at all...

* I add an eight weird thing...
I JUST LOVE BLOGGING !!!
Hope this was weird enough... :)

Thanks so much Julz!!

And how much I want to I can not pick out just a few of you all ... I have a lot of lovely bloggingfriends out in the world and all of you are so lovely..... everyone of you...
I will not pass these awards and tagging forward...hope no one is offended... and If anyone who read this is up for it ...please tag yourself and share...;)

Back to some rest and perhaps some sewing ...
Have a great Saturday!!

  1. Congrats on the classes, you will be a wonderful teacher. I only wish I didn't live so far I would take one of your classes. Very nice to know a little more about you. I love chocolate too and when I had my kids, my hair fell out and grew back gray...yikes! But of course, I don't let that get me down, a little color every 4 weeks does the trick!
