Ok.. a promise is a promise...
here it comes
The finished Butterfly Garden Quilt...
Some of the quilting...
butterflies and some kind of all over quilting
with loops and meander...
The backside
with a stitched label
(forgot to take a photo of it... :o)
but you can get a hint of it...
TA DA!!!
Well it was very windy this day so dear husband was very patient waiting
for me to get at least one good photo.. and thats it...
Really liked all the green tones in this one..
and a little brighter than my first one..
I know its up on the wall at its new owner..
and she loves it..
and Im so happy for that!
No other sewing here.. as I thought it would be...
maybe tomorrow..
(damned colds ...;o)
Over and out from Molly and me!!
Hope to see you soon!!
Teppet er bare helt nydelig. Jeg har mønster og stoffer til dette, men det ligger fint i skapet. Du lager utrolig mye flott. Ønsker deg en super uke.

ReplyDeleteI have never felt interested in doing a BOM, but this one really spoke to me. Question - where did you get the pattern? Have checked around and buying the full 10 blocks from Australia costs a looooot of money :-(
HUGS to you and sweetie pie Molly.
Der ist einfache Spitze. Ganz tolle Stoffe und wunderschöne Farben und natürlich sehr schön gearbeitet.

Hi there Stina and Molly! Happy to see there is sewing going on and yet another happy new quilt has fluttered off to it's new home. It turned out beautifully. As if someone waved a magic wand, summer has come to an abrupt halt here in MN...feels like it's time to pull out the autumn quilts - oh big sigh, lol. So what's next up in the sewing room? :-D
