Instead of doing what I really should have done...
Like sewing my quilt together...
I am
Remembering some pinks...
from my time in Östersund with Louise...
Well..I did have a go with
"the sewing together...all bits and pieces"!!
Guess what happens...
RIPPING...RIPPING...
YEPP..
Think I'm the only one who doesn't stop and think...
Just sews happily away...
Seam after seam....smiling..yes yes... I'm sewing!!!!:0)
HUH...
Why didn't anyone tell me to look at the blocks
and see how all the seams really should look like...
With nice meeting seams...
And not looking like a war zone of seams pointing in all directions!!!
Well...
No one of course...
I ought to know myself..:0)))
If head is stupid ..body will suffer!!!
So I'm remembering pinks instead...:0)
So enjoy some quilts in pink made by Louise!!!
A lovely crisp and PINK little cutie!!!!
Don't you love the porcelain too...
(Louise...Yepp...I saw the remote...sorry!!)
Think I have showed this one before...
but I think...
It can be on the web again...:0)
A pattern from Cheri Saffiote Payne ...
( and on my to do list..:0)
Two adorable little dolls...
With quilts...
Another one from
Free pattern on the blog
But seen in Louise's colours...it's like
A whole new quilt...
And so is this one...
Totally different...
I think it was a sew a long from
Some time ago...
Named something with cheddar...
(great memory here)
And I LOVE this version!!!
Here is a quilt where I, Marica and Louise
swapped some blocks years ago...
Louise did this with her blocks...
So so wonderful!!!
Just beautiful...
Well...
Better stop dreaming my time away...
Thinking PINK...
Can you believe the gorgeousness this pointsettia has...
Couldn't resist it at the shop!!!
PINK..:0))
I know I know.. Back to my blocks...
I will...
Thank goodness they do have some pinks in them...;0)
Oh no...they aren't mine...they are Louise's!!!!! :0))

ReplyDeleteKramisar
You have got my day off to a great start with all those beautiful pink quilts. I LOVE PINK. Glad I am not alone. You make beautiful pink quilts too, but don't worry, we all make mistakes and silly one's at that. Start again and they will be ok. Clever Louise.
Rosa lyser verkligen upp i höstmörkret.
ReplyDeleteEverything is pretty in pink!!
ReplyDeleteLove all of your PINK quilts!!
I enjoyed admiring all of those beautiful pink quilts - so pretty.
ReplyDeleteThe pink Poinsettia is gorgeous.
