I´m back...

...from the cold visit in Arjeplog....It has been really cold...we had three nights down to -35 celcius...so the sun couldn´t warm up the days soo much...And I had prepared a lot of quilting that I was going to do sitting in a snowdrift and maybe get some tan on my face...;D

And boy...I have practiced my english...yes I have...;D . My friend Johan finally got his wife over to Sweden from Texas, so we met his lovely new family who are staying at my parents place...Tommie, Dorothy and Crystal...

There were many late nights with gameplaying and talking especially for my daughters... (at least the late nights...;D). One day we had our annual Easter skiing competition ( it use to be for the kids...but this year for the Americans...)...a track for about 250 m... and they managed quite well...some got lost, some got on the wrong track...some overturns...(sorry...didn´t get some photos of thoose...;D)...but they managed...I´m proud of them!!!















Well done...Dorothy, Tommie and Crystal...
...and of course they got their medals... (chocolate ones...;D)...


I had a wonderful time...met new friends...got to practice english...thats really good...lot of laughs and I ate a lot...*LOL*
Hope your Easter have been as good as mine...
Not much sewing though...some quilting on my Quilter´s Journey and started a new quilt...yes ..I did... but more of that in a later post...


And I got my first dollar....;D

    Sounds like so much fun! My son has a Swedish "girlfriend." She's an exchange student here in Kansas. He's reading your blog so he can practice his Swedish. It's a small world!
